What We Offer Dedicated and accessible owners and management who support employees, customers, and vendors Competitive pay with performance reviews and potential raises every six months Paid holidays and PTO Monthly bonus opportunities Company-provided gear, tools, and equipment Why You'll Love This Job You'll have autonomy in managing daily tasks-while ensuring responsibilities are completed, you can structure your day as you see fit You'll run the show on-site, making decisions alongside the Director of Property Management Weekly visits from Owners or the Regional Director to check in, furnish supplies, resolve issues, and provide support A manageable pace-our business operates at a steady cruise, ensuring a fulfilling workday without feeling overwhelmed Key Responsibilities Answer customer calls promptly, providing cheerful, patient, and solution-driven service Build and maintain customer relationships, focusing on growth and retention Ensure the property is clean, safe, and well-maintained through regular inspections and upkeep Perform general maintenance tasks: cleaning units, sweeping, changing light bulbs, adding/removing locks, picking up trash, and more Manage daily operations, including customer move-ins and move-outs, processing payments, tracking delinquencies, vendor coordination, and sales assistance for moving supplies Operate and sell U-Haul services at designated locations Conduct marketing outreach to attract potential customers and match them with the right unit size and rate Utilize computers and software for data entry, email communication, and record-keeping Qualifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work scheduled hours Intermediate computer proficiency Strong communication and organizational skills Initiative-driven mindset with a customer service focus The Storage Place is an Equal Opportunity Employer .
