In this role, you will play a key part in transforming data into actionable insights that drive commercial strategy and growth. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify high-value opportunities, optimize performance, and improve decision-making across the organization. By leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization, you will ensure that business leaders have the intelligence they need to act confidently. You will have the autonomy to implement solutions, build automated pipelines, and influence the trajectory of commercial initiatives.

Accountabilities

• Apply advanced analytics and data science techniques to identify high-value prospects and optimize territory planning.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to guide sales strategy and prioritization.
• Design, maintain, and automate data pipelines integrating CRM systems, prospecting tools, and internal databases.
• Create dynamic dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively to leadership.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Continuously evaluate new data science tools and methodologies to enhance analytical capabilities and commercial impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics or data science roles supporting commercial or sales functions.
• Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce CRM Analytics, or Spotfire.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and commercial analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical and statistical modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with senior business leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Industry knowledge is a plus.
