Manage a diverse portfolio of business activities and reporting as a technical lead within a specialized Business Intelligence (BI) and Reporting function. Design/Develop complex presentations, reports, dashboards, and scorecards by transforming insights from complex data into intuitive Tableau dashboards that make it easy for business partners to solve complex business problems with the help of actionable business intelligence and ensure alignment of metrics across the organization. Work across multiple business units with numerous stakeholders to understand their challenges and data needs, to deliver comprehensive BI solutions (acquisition, attrition, portfolio, growth, profitability). Elicit business requirements and articulate requirements that can be easily understood by other data and business partners, enabling the addition of new insights, thus expanding visibility into the data. Collaborate with data owners to identify data elements to address reporting requirements. Identify business drivers, definitions, and metrics to interpret findings, act, and provide significant direction, and present key data insights to business executives, enabling them to make informed decisions through actionable BI. Streamline and improve existing reporting to eliminate errors and redundancies by optimizing reporting, reduce time spend on manual data handling, and improve accuracy and accessibility of insights.
Position requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, and three (3) years of experience in the job offered, as Analyst, or related position. Full term of experience must include each of the following: Conducting analysis to provide business intelligence to management/senior stakeholders; Working with business partners to understand business objectives; Creating complex and comprehensive BI reporting packages and dashboards; Programming languages, including Python, SQL, and SAS; Managing communication at senior and executive level; and, Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.

Salary: $118,082 - $155,376 per year.
