We are currently seeking a Business Intelligence Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh (IN-AP), India (IN).

Job Description:

• Part of Support team, which is 365 days support and involves Production systems monitoring and troubleshooting activities.
• Monitor jobs in Informatica, Azure Synapse, Databricks Notebooks/ Workflows
• Involve in resolving production systems issues by collaborating with different teams
• Team members are Required to support on India Day and Night shifts during all Saturday & Sundays.
• Support required in India holidays.

Required Skills:

• 5 + years of overall experience primarily in ETL production support project.
• 3+ Experience in supporting Informatica systems
• 2 + years of experience in data engineering, data operations, IT, analytics teams or equivalent.
• Should have experience in SQL/PLSQL experience.
• Should be thorough with Data warehouse concepts.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills in a fast-paced environment.

Must be flexible to meet the project goals
