Construction Superintendent

With 50+ years in business, we are a 300 person, ENR TOP General Contractor and have a wide range of construction projects. 

We are currently hiring for an experienced Superintendent with a heavy focus in Class A Interior on Commercial, Education, Healthcare & Medical. 

Our Class A Interior projects range anywhere from $5 million to $30 million.

What You Will Be Doing

• Provide comprehensive field oversight on projects
• Schedule and manage daily activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet project completion date
• Manage subcontractors and all on-site personnel
• Lead the team in evaluating project scope, site logistics, and ensuring adherence to safety standards

What You Need for this Position

• 5+ years experience as a Superintendent for a General Contractor, with a focus on similar large scale class a interior fit outs. 
• Ability to travel to project job sites within the Raleigh Durham Area - Must be open to an hour radius around the city for future references. 
• Local Knowledge of Subs & Market is also important.
