Your Role: Electrical Engineer

Based in our Spindale, NC home office, the Electrical Engineer will play a key role in supporting commercial and industrial construction projects. You will contribute to electrical system design, engineering support, and the overall performance and productivity of field installations.

Key Responsibilities

●Read, interpret, and apply construction documents, drawings, and schematics

●Develop detailed designs and technical specifications for electrical systems

●Identify and recommend engineered solutions to field challenges

●Contribute to project planning, layout, and installation strategies

●Support the implementation of prefabrication techniques for efficiency

●Collaborate with field teams to improve installation productivity

●Utilize tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam,Procore, and/or ConEst

●Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and alignment with project goals

●Work as part of a collaborative engineering and construction team

Minimum Requirements

●Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (required)

●Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

●Must pass a pre-employment drug screen

Preferred Qualifications

●5+ years of experience in electrical engineering for commercial and/or industrialconstruction projects

●Background in project engineering, estimating, pre-fabrication, or project controls

●Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM/Revit, Procore, or similar tools

●Strong organizational and communication skills

●Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams
