Executive Producer

Overview
Our client is seeking an exceptional Executive Producer to lead a high-performing team in delivering transformative gatherings that bring people together. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and events, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong relationships with clients and team members. With a focus on excellence, creativity, and collaboration, our client is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences that exceed expectations.

 

Compensation : $110,000-$130,000/yr*

*listed not guaranteed – potential offers vary based on experience level, qualifications, and internal equity and may be outside of this range.

Onsite Requirements: Remote, New England region preferred

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (event management, business, marketing, etc.)
• 7+ years of experience in event and meeting management or production
• Experience in managing large-scale complex events
• Proven team management experience
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel 40-60 days annually for program execution, site visits, and client visits
