General Sales Manager (GSM) – Ford Dealership Location: Randolph NJ / East Hanover NJCompensation: $160,000 – $250,000 annually (performance-based)Benefits: Full Benefits Package + 401(k) About the Opportunity We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced General Sales Manager (GSM) to lead and elevate our sales operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle performance, developing a strong sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.
