Hours & Pay - Pay Rate: $30.00-$32.00 per hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- Employment Type: 520-hour temp-to-hire opportunity

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities - Inspect, receive, unpack, label, and route incoming materials accurately
- Research and resolve shipment discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages
- Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory variances within ERP/WMS systems
- Pick, kit, stage, and move materials to support production and distribution needs
- Investigate transaction errors and support scrap, quality hold, and disposition activities
- Pack and ship domestic and international orders, including HAZMAT materials
- Coordinate freight pickups and maintain compliant shipping documentation
- Monitor packaging supplies and stay current on shipping and regulatory requirements
Requirements & Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics
- Hands-on experience with international shipping, freight booking, and HAZMAT
- Strong computer skills, including ERP/WMS systems, shipping portals, and Microsoft Office
- Prior certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers (preferred)
- Ability to lift 40+ pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Experience in training others, resolving inventory discrepancies, or conducting root cause analysis is a plus
- Familiarity with FAA regulations, INCOTERMs, ISO standards, 6S, or similar practices is an advantage
