Klaviyo Retention Marketing Specialist

Right Hook is a growth marketing agency that works with eCommerce/DTC brands to drive their growth. We started out as a Facebook ad agency in 2017, and now we're a global team of 80+ managing millions in marketing budget across multi-channel strategies: paid social (FB, Snapchat, TikTok & Pinterest), paid search + YouTube, visual creative, email marketing.

Position Summary: The Klaviyo Retention Marketing Specialist will support the onboarding and ongoing management of all email and SMS clients on Klaviyo. This includes communicating with the client and reporting on account performance. This position will primarily be assisting the Retention Marketing Strategist by executing the given email and SMS strategy per client. This is a remote position and will need a person who is willing to work night hours so they can work with the US Retention team.

Primary Duties:

• Work within Klaviyo to build and schedule out email & SMS campaigns and flows
• Setup Klaviyo email & SMS accounts
• Report on overall email and SMS account performance
• Write creative briefs for copywriters and graphic designers
• Manage the whole email design process. You aren't making the designs but you manage the project management.
• Assist with planning monthly content calendars
• Communicate with clients and manage sharing performance reports, email design mockups, etc.
• Collaborate with your team's Ecom Strategist and Client Liaison when following up on tasks and projects for the client
• Have a good design eye to help with briefing designs that are on brand.
