Location: 65 Glastonbury Blvd., Glastonbury, CT

Salary range: $17.00 - $19.00

Shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description

The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security of the hotel during nighttime hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
• Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address inquiries or requests from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Security Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
• Accounting Duties: Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets cash and credit transactions.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Yardi experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds
