We are looking for an experienced executive assistant that will work directly with the CEO to run the office day to day and support our investment activities. The role will be part time, you will be able to set your own hours, and compensation will be highly competitive. Applicant needs to have significant prior experience working in a professional office environment, and must be a self starter. The ideal candidate will have had significant previous responsibility, but currently wants a part-time role that allows them to set their own schedule while still having a professionally challenging and dynamic role.

Qualifications:

  • Significant previous experience in a professional office environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self starter that can execute with limited supervision
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience managing expenses and travel
  • College degree required

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CEO's travel and calendar
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and greet onsite guests
  • Special projects to help run the office and manage overall operating expenses
  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Perform other office tasks
