Join Our Team as an Operations Support Specialist

Are you a recent college graduate eager to embark on a career in financial operations ? We are hiring for an exciting entry-level opportunity in Baltimore, Maryland !

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance checks on vendor work and collaborate with business units to fulfill auditor requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on SEC rule 17A-13 and manage operational risk projects.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders to address audit-related issues and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and prepare metrics for senior management to provide transparency on team volumes.
• Manage communications with internal and external clients to ensure timely responses.
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

While experience with audit confirmations and SEC rule 17A-13 is a plus, it is not required. We value a proactive attitude and a desire to grow within our organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Recent Graduate
• 1 to 2 years of financial services experience (internships count)
• Proven knowledge of one or more product areas within Operations
• Ability to perform technical responsibilities with high competence
