Responsibilities:

1. Promptly and professionally manage and follow up with provided leads.
2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations to identify client needs.
3. Host open houses and schedule property showings for prospective buyers.
4. Negotiate contracts and oversee the transaction process to ensure a seamless closing.
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of local market trends and inventory.
6. Utilize our CRM and technology tools to manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Qualifications:

1. Active Real Estate License (Required).
2. Exceptional communication and networking skills.
3. Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and CRM tools.
4. Self-motivated, organized, and driven by financial success.
5. Previous sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation:

1. Commission-based with high earning potential.
