Job Description Job Description Klotz Lubricants is a renowned performance lubricant manufacturer based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, specializing in performance engine oil, additives, and cleaners. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships across our key business markets, including powersports, automotive, and marine. This position blends field travel to major accounts, distributors, and industry events with in-office collaboration alongside the business unit in Fort Wayne, IN. The Sales Account Manager is also a key collaborator in new product development, responsible for defining the market strategy to ensure successful launches. This includes thoroughly outlining the launch budget, identifying the primary and secondary target audiences, and designing compelling incentive programs for distribution partners to accelerate product adoption. This position will report directly to the Board of Owners and work functionally under the guidance of the Director of Sales to drive revenue growth, brand expansion and recognition, marketing opportunities, and purchasing program development.
