Position Summary
One Swipe Products is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Screen Printer to join our production team. The Screen Printer is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel and products. This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and prepare screens for print jobs, including burning designs and aligning screens appropriately
Mix inks and match colors to customer specifications to ensure accurate and vibrant results
Operate screen-printing presses to print garments and other products according to job orders
Inspect finished products for accuracy, print quality, registration alignment, and defects
Clean and reclaim screens for future use
Maintain organized workstations and follow safety and production guidelines
Assist with inventory control and stock monitoring of inks and supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards
Qualifications
Prior experience with screen printing preferred
Ability to accurately match ink colors and read design specifications
Good eye for detail and quality control
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
Ability to lift and carry materials and printed products as needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction from supervisors
