Job Description

Position Summary

The Training Coordinator manages training logistics, maintains courses and programs in the Learning Management System, and ensures training content is organized and accessible. This role is responsible for course coordination, reporting, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all logistical support for multiple, concurrent training programs, including scheduling, material preparation, and coordination with facilitators and internal partners.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and dashboards to track training attendance, completion rates, and system utilization.
  • Create and maintain support resources, including internal web pages, documentation, and job aids, in partnership with content owners, ensuring content is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Manage all daily Learning Management System (LMS) administration (course uploads, user support, reporting) and serve as the primary technical contact for all learning platform vendors and internal partners.
  • Support the Training team with basic design tasks (formatting job aids, updating internal web pages) and basic data analysis to inform program decisions.
  • Partner with the training team on communication efforts, helping to craft and distribute announcements, training schedules, and resource updates.

  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Preferred Education

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Years Of Relevant Work Experience

  • 1+ years in a coordinator or support role, ideally within a training, education, or communications environment.

Compensation

Base Pay Range: $32.50 - $39.13

Actual placement within this range may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.
