Key Responsibilities

• Document Patient Encounters: Accurately transcribe medical histories, physical examinations, diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans during patient visits.
• Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR): Keep patient records up-to-date and ensure all information is complete and accurately documented within our EHR system.
• Real-Time Data Entry: Support healthcare providers by entering patient information into the EHR system as consultations occur.
• Coordinate with Medical Team: Effectively communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure seamless care and accurate documentation.
• Assist with Chart Reviews: Review and edit patient charts for completeness and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Maintain Confidentiality: Handle patient information with the highest level of confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Administrative Support: Assist the healthcare team with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.
