About the role:
You’ll be responsible for running ground up commercial projects from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, maintaining site safety, and ensuring quality delivery on site. Projects are typically up to $10M, with exposure across healthcare, education, and institutional work.
What we're looking for:
• Experience working for a commercial General Contractor
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Superintendent running your own projects
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$20M range
• Background in healthcare, K 12, higher education, or medical projects strongly preferred
• Comfortable leading site teams, subcontractors, and inspectors
What’s on offer:
• $100,000 - $125,000 per annum base
