Construction Superintendent

Construction Superintendent

Required: Must have experience with K-12, Municipal, and/or Hospital construction projects.

Position Overview
The Construction Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure the successful execution of construction plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of construction sites
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Manage project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide project updates
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management software
• Experience with Group Up Construction methodologies
• Must have: Experience in K-12 Education Construction, Municipal Construction, and/or Hospital Construction
