Director of Rehabilitation (Director of Rehab)


We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Rehabilitation to oversee the daily operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services. The Director will support high-quality patient care by managing therapy teams, monitoring program performance, and ensuring efficient, patient-centered rehabilitation services.



Responsibilities:

• Manage rehabilitation department operations, staffing, and scheduling.
• Lead and mentor therapy teams to promote excellence in patient care.
• Monitor caseloads, productivity, and overall department performance.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and administrative teams to coordinate care and optimize outcomes.
• Oversee documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with professional standards.
• Develop and update policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide training, feedback, and performance evaluations for therapy staff.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology.
• Strong clinical background with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation operations, workflow management, and care standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to support multidisciplinary teams and enhance overall program performance.
