Job Description

We are searching for a Guest Service Concierge to ensure exceptional guest experiences are delivered. This is an onsite, contract-to-hire position paying $18 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests.
• Manage front desk operations including reception and ticket verification.
• Ensure smooth crowd control and visitor flow throughout the venue.
• Monitor exhibition areas for safety, cleanliness, and proper functionality.
• Handle cash transactions and manage point-of-sale systems accurately.
• Assist with inventory management and product display in retail areas.
• Prepare and serve beverages while maintaining hygiene standards.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records for rentals, lockers, and lost-and-found items.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and resolve issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference for 2+ years of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to rotating shifts.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic cash handling and point-of-sale experience.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
• Understanding of operational processes and customer service standards.
• Comfortable with background check and drug screening.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
