As a key member of the design team, you will contribute to critical projects from concept to manufacturing, ensuring creative excellence and strategic alignment. You will play a pivotal role in establishing design direction for significant product collections, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. This role offers the chance to mentor emerging talent and drive forward-thinking design solutions that resonate with a global audience.

Responsibilities:

\n

  • Establish and set comprehensive design direction for specific product collections or categories.
\n* Actively participate in the creative process, contributing expertise and insights from initial concept through final execution.
\n* Communicate and present complex design concepts to both internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring clarity and alignment.
\n* Collaborate cross-functionally with key partners across product development, innovation, manufacturing, and operations to ensure seamless project delivery.
\n* Provide mentorship and guidance to other designers, fostering growth and elevating design capabilities within the team.
\n* Ensure timely completion of projects by clearly communicating design changes and requirements. \n

Required Qualifications:

\n

  • Associate Degree (preferred).
\n* 8+ years of design experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio of impactful work.
\n* Proven creative experience within consumer product segments.
\n* Deep understanding and knowledge of creative industry culture. \n

Preferred Qualifications:

\n

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design (BA/BFA/MA/MFA).
\n* Exceptional digital design acumen, with proficiency in design-based software, including Creative Suite.
\n* Experience with advanced digital tools and 3D design skills.
\n* Mastery of manufacturing processes and product construction.
\n* Superior presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas effectively.
\n* Demonstrated mastery of the entire design process, from initial brief to final manufacturing.
\n* Strong understanding of business context and market insights to inform design decisions. \n
